Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in web application testing
• Experience with ERP, HRMS, CRM, or enterprise applications will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

Test REST APIs and validate backend data using SQL queries

Identify, document, and track software defects and issues

Prepare test cases, test plans, and QA reports

Coordinate with developers and project teams for bug resolution and quality improvements

Conduct cross-browser, responsive, and usability testing

Ensure application performance, stability, and reliability before deployment

Required Skills

Experience in testing PHP & Laravel-based applications

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

Basic knowledge of automation testing and API testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and reporting abilities
