Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to introduce 
Generate and qualify leads; schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain follow-ups and update with call activities
Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns
Continuously learn and understand Microsoft products and solutions

Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Experience: 6months- 1 years in tele calling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in B2B sales or software, BPO ,IT services, or tech solutions)
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in cold calling and handling queries
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Basic ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
